Product certification without CE marking

In cases where a product is not covered by the European harmonised standard for CE marking or the harmonised standard has not yet come into force, Dancert can offer a product certification. A product certificate ensures that the products meet the requirements of the codes of practice, the product standards, the future harmonised standards for CE marking (so that the company is prepared) or generally recognised specifications thus guaranteeing the quality of the products. Like CE marking the quality management system is an integrated part of the product certification. For instance an ISO 9001 system, cf. below.

ISO 9001 certification is a certification of the quality management system in order to ensure a specific quality of a product. An ISO 9001 certification combined with a product certification ensures the product quality as well as the system that is necessary to obtain the required product quality.

ISO 9001 certification may be used as part of the company’s FPC system for CE marking.
