The certification process is explained in the flowchart "A certification process". Dancert is willing to pay an informal visit to the company, before the company decides to apply for certification.
The purpose of such visit is to inform the company of the activities and experience about Dancert and about the options to be made by the company prior to an application. Doubts concerning interpretation can be clarified and together with the company the actual level for fulfilment of the certification reference can be assessed.
Dancert may also carry out an indicative assessment of whether the documentation of the company fulfil the certification reference before the company applies for certification and give an estimate on the costs and the time schedule.
Apart from the product or FPC certification, Dancert may at request assist the company in making up and co-ordinating the company’s work concerning

- Technical documentation
- Necessary conformity documents in connection with CE marking and export to the EU countries
